Judge Liman has been previously reprimanded for not recusing himself from anti-trust case against Bank of America for which he also tossed out. His wife owns stocks of Bank of America. This case with Bank of America was then appealed and re-opened, He is known for not recusing himself to a case even if there’s conflict of interest.
So yeah, Liman is an honorable and unbiased Judge.

As a woman who has experienced both SH and SA, 47.1 needs to be challenged due to its unconstitutionality. It was a shortsighted protection that did not consider the ramifications and damages that could be caused to another's rights should someone exploit it to falsely accuse them solely for personal gain. And I hope it gets challenged hard

I think it was a good thing that JB filed the lawsuit against BL bc it gave him a chance to share HIS side of the story and what he went through. Otherwise, the majority of people would have assumed he was guilty.
